Login.app is an mGSTEP XDM replacement originally inspired by Per Liden's C++
app of the same name.

mGSTEP Demo Bootable CD (mGSTEP 0.536/Linux-2.4.24/XFree-4.3.0)
mGSTEP 0.536 is also available on a Linux-2.4.24 bootable Demo CD. The CD
should boot on most modern x86 systems with either IDE/ATAPI drives or
Adaptec SCSI. Once booted the CD will attempt to auto configure XFree86-4.3.0
and if all is successful a GUI screen with the mGSTEP Login app will appear.
Login with username 'root' and password 'sdka'. The more interesting demo apps
are in /usr/src and /usr/src/mgstep/AppKit/Testing.
To create the CD decompress the bz2 package with bunzip2 and then burn the
resulting ISO image to CDR media. Make sure the system you wish to boot using
the CD has it's BIOS configured to allow a CD boot.
